Cancellation policies:
"Cancellation" includes full and/or partial modifications of scheduled services. For example, if you modify your original booking from two weeks to one, the week you subtract from the booking will be considered a cancellation.

As a courtesy, I send confirmation texts for all services and dates booked, as well as reminders, invoices and receipts for upcoming services and dates as they near.

For all services:
If canceled less than 24 hours in advance, payment is non refundable.
​
Cancellations on a holiday, holiday week, holiday weekend or other high demand date or week will result in the loss of deposit/payment as there are no refunds for services that are reserved on or during high demand or holiday dates.

As your trusted pet sitter, I take your pet’s safety and well-being very seriously—especially during inclement weather. To ensure I can reach your home and care for your pets safely, please make sure to clear driveways and walkways of snow, ice, or debris before my visits. This will help prevent accidents and allow me to provide the best care possible.

Please note that if I am unable to safely access your home due to unmaintained driveways or sidewalks, I will not be able to offer refunds for missed visits. I also recommend having an emergency backup plan in place for pet care in case extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent me from reaching your pets.
If you have booked me to care for your pet(s) while you are away from your home overnight for any length of time, I ask that you kindly communicate your safe return to me once you are home again. This is to ensure that your pet(s) are not left unattended inadvertently due to a travel delay or other emergency situation. If I have received no communication of your safe return, I will schedule and charge for an additional visit to check in on and care for your pet(s).

For all routine & recurring 30 min to one hour walks and drop in visits:
• Please try to give a 48 hour cancellation notice as I reserve each specific time frame for you and allow for driving time as well.
•30% of each visit is required to book and hold dates, then the balance is due the day before booked visit.
•30% deposit is required to book visits for the month, then there are two options to pay the balance:
1. Weekly balance is due by the day before the weekly visits start. Or:
2. Monthly balance is due by the day before the first visit starts for the month.
•30% deposit is non refundable, if canceled less than 35 days. If canceled prior to 35 days then a credit will be held for future use towards a new booking, good for up to one year.
•Daily visits:
If canceled 48 hrs or more then a credit is held for future use towards a new booking, good for up to one year.
For extended three hour visits (when you are away):
• Please give one month notice as I only schedule one dog or family for these visits at a time.
• For more than one month notice, I will hold a credit for you for future use to use towards a new booking.
• If I am informed of a cancellation with less than one month notice, your 30% deposit fee becomes non-refundable.
• If I am informed of a cancellation with less than one week notice, 50% of balance paid is held for a credit for your future use towards a new booking and 50% is non refundable and will not be returned to you.

* If canceled less than 24 hours in advance, your payment is non refundable as this time slot has been reserved and held specifically for you.

All credits expire one year from the original booking date.
