What is the process for meeting and caring for my pet during your visits? When we arrive at your home, we will first walk into the home and let your pet sniff us to become familiar with our scent. We will then let them come to us and approach us on their own terms. If your pet is a dog, we will take them outside for a walk or playtime in the yard. During our visit, we will clean their bowls, give them fresh water, and follow any feeding instructions you have provided. We will also take photos and send text updates during the visit so you can rest assured you will be aware of any issues and can see in real time how your pet is doing! Our goal is to make sure your pet is comfortable and well-cared for while you are away.

Where are my keys kept in between scheduled visits? All client keys that are kept on file (if you decide to not pick up in between bookings) are stored in a locked safe until I need them again for your next visit/booking. I take much pride in keeping my clients’ homes and personal information safe and secure. After a booking ends, I will always give you the following options: 1. I can arrange a time for you to pick up your key at my home. 2. Keep your keys in my locked safe. 3. I can schedule a time that works for you to drop off to you your home for a $20 fee. Policy prohibits leaving keys inside homes in case of an an emergency resulting in the need for extra visits for your pet, i.e.: flight delays or traffic.

Can you check on my house while I am away, even though I don't need pet care?Yes, I do offer that too! Our house sitting services are specifically for clients who do not need pet care but still want the added security of having their home looked after while they are away. I can put a different light on daily if you wish, open and close blinds, retrieve mail/packages, water plants, empty trash and put bins to the curb while you are away. This will give you the added peace of mind that someone is checking on your home and giving it that "lived in" look while you are away.
